Zone ventilation uses controlled dampers (mounted directly in the EPP box) to regulate the supply in individual parts of the building based on current ventilation requirements. The dampers are controlled according to signals from sensors (CO₂, time schedule), which optimizes air exchange and minimizes energy consumption. This system allows independent ventilation control in different zones of the building, ensuring a comfortable indoor environment and efficient energy use.
Zone ventilation controls
Connecting the distribution box and the heat recovery unit via Modbus
In the WEB application it is possible to set the
time schedule for each zone
• The flaps are opened according to the specified
time schedule
• According to the number of open dampers,
the unit adjusts the air output (e.g. 25m3/h per
damper = 50m3/h per zone)
• Up to 4 AQS can be connected directly to the PCB
of the box - depending on the number of zones.
Subsequently, each zone is controlled by own
sensor
• According to the number of open dampers, the
unit adjusts the air flow rate (e.g. 25m3/h per
damper = 50m3/h per zone)
